Job Overview:

Perfect Household Staff is delighted to introduce a full-time opportunity for a professional and experienced Private Chauffeur to support a warm and respectful family of four, newly settled in London. The family resides in a modern apartment in one of the city’s most well-connected areas, making the position ideal for a live-out candidate with easy access to central London.

This permanent role is centred on providing safe and reliable transportation for the principals and their two children (aged 16 and 19), with daily school runs, university drop-offs, and accompanying the principals on errands, shopping trips, and social engagements within London. While the family does not require long-distance driving on a regular basis, occasional travel outside of London may be requested.

The role requires a professional chauffeur who is well-versed in working with private households. A discreet, polite, and well-mannered demeanour is essential, alongside the ability to anticipate needs and adjust to the family’s flexible schedule.

A medium-sized luxury vehicle will be provided by the principals, and the chauffeur will also be responsible for overseeing its registration, paperwork, and general upkeep (all expenses covered by the family).

Job Details:

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (with some flexibility required)

Salary: Up to 45,000 GBP per annum; self-employed basis

Children: 2 (19 y.o and 16 y.o)

Main Duties of the Private Chauffeur:

Providing daily school runs, university drop-offs, and pickups within London
Driving principals to meetings, shopping, restaurants, and social events
Running occasional errands with or on behalf of the principals
Maintaining discretion and professional boundaries at all times
Ensuring the family car is kept in excellent condition: cleaning, fuelling, servicing, registration, and paperwork
Flexibility with scheduling when family routines change
Demonstrating excellent knowledge of London routes and traffic management
Delivering a safe, punctual, and comfortable driving experience for all passengers

Minimum Requirements for this Chauffeur Job:

5+ years of private chauffeur experience (family or UHNW households preferred)
Two excellent, checkable references from previous employers
Conversational English
UK working permit
Full, clean UK driving licence
