Job Overview:
We are pleased to present a permanent, full-time Chauffeur position with a welcoming family of five based in Chelsea, London. While the household comprises five members, three are in permanent residence. The role will focus largely on supporting the family’s 10-year-old son with daily school runs, extracurricular activities, and additional driving requirements. When the principals are in residence, further responsibilities will include chauffeuring them for both business and private engagements.
Chelsea offers a central London lifestyle with excellent transport links, international schools, and a vibrant mix of cultural and leisure amenities. The location is highly desirable and easily accessible for professional candidates based in and around London.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Chauffeur with a minimum of five years’ experience in private households, ideally with VIP families and children. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance, as well as the flexibility to undertake a range of household support duties including dry cleaning collections, grocery shopping, and occasional vet visits for the family’s two corgis. Confidence in handling luxury vehicles, including Rolls-Royce, is essential.
The family places importance on candidates who maintain a neat and appropriate appearance, avoid the use of perfume, and present themselves as energetic, reliable, and professional without being overly talkative. Main duties of the Chauffeur:
- School runs and extracurricular transport for a 10-year-old boy
- Chauffeuring principals during their stays in London
- Driving and care of luxury cars, including Rolls-Royce
- Grocery shopping and errands, including dry cleaning collections
- Occasional vet visits for the family’s two dogs
- Ensuring vehicles are always maintained, clean, and road-ready
- Maintaining a professional, discreet, and calm presence
Requirements for this Chauffeur job:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in VIP private households
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- UK working permit
