Key Responsibilities:

- Planning optimal travel routes, considering traffic patterns, weather conditions, and special circumstances to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Assisting with luggage handling, shopping errands, and deliveries, ensuring tasks are completed with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinating with household staff to accommodate dynamic schedules and last-minute changes.
- Ensuring vehicles are stocked with necessities, including refreshments, first-aid kits, and any specific items requested by the family.
- Providing additional support during events, such as coordinating guest transportation and managing parking logistics.
- Upholding the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters concerning the family.
- Reacting promptly to unforeseen circumstances, such as schedule changes or vehicle issues, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assisting with travel logistics, including airport transfers and VIP services, ensuring a seamless experience for both domestic and international trips.
Minimal Requirements:
- Five or more years of professional chauffeur experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Ascot, Berkshire, and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury vehicles.
- Clean UK driving licence with no points or penalties.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- UK working permit.
