Due to the global pandemic, we are receiving a high volume of enquiries about medical testing of domestic staff not only for the COVID-19 virus but for other general health checks.
We have therefore reached out to our partners at Harley Street, who we have trusted for many years to carry out medical checks of our staff.
Currently the NHS are only offering testing for Coronavirus to hospitalised patients. But, even if you do not show any symptoms of COVID-19, the clinic are happy to offer paid Coronavirus tests to you and your staff. The kits are delivered via postal or courier service to your home or preferred address on a 3-day turnaround.
Most importantly, this is the only test in the world that can identify the lethal Covid-19 virus and differentiate between 9 others non-lethal viruses with the same symptoms.
HOW IT WORKS
You will be required to take swabs from both the nostrils and throat. The sample is then placed in the box provided and posted back as per the instructions.
WHAT THEY TEST FOR
The test is for Covid-19 and 9 other viruses including MERS, SARS and Influenza A and B.
- Coronavirus 229E/NL63
- Coronavirus OC43/HKUI
- Adenovirus A/B/C/D/E
- Enterovirus A/B/C
- Influenza A
- Influenza B
- Rhinovirus A/B
This means that our clients will be able to identify what’s causing their or the illness of their staff. Indeed, the clinic may be able to treat some of these other viruses with proven medication.
The test is performed by a world renown UKAS accredited British laboratory and the test results are accurate and do not require further tests to confirm any diagnoses.
If you or your staff test positive for Covid-19 or any other virus, the clinic will reach out with expert clinical guidance, initial steps about what to do, how to engage with the NHS and also any clinical advice that is necessary according to the patient’s clinical condition.
HOW ABOUT THE NHS
Positive Covid-19 results will be shared with the NHS so that cases can be properly tracked as it is a notifiable disease. What we offer is not a rival diagnostic test that is going to supplant NHS testing. Rather, this is a definitive and accurate diagnostic tool that businesses and private patients can use.
