The nanny role entails providing care for the twin girls before and after school, with responsibilities including preparing them for school, driving them to and from school, and attending to their needs until the evening. Notably, the children attend a nearby school, approximately a 10-minute drive from home.

Additionally, family is a need for housekeeping assistance. Housekeeping duties would require approximately 15-20 hours per week, including cooking for the family, laundry, and ironing.

The standard schedule entails four days a week, with three of those days beginning at 7 am for morning preparations (lasting 2 hours). After dropping off the children at school, the nanny returns home to handle housekeeping tasks, typically spanning 4-5 hours (from 10 am to 1 or 2 pm), followed by a lunch break before retrieving the girls from school at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. On the remaining day, the nanny's workday commence from 3 pm after picking up the girls from school.

Additionally, it's important to note that the girls have the option to remain at school until 4 pm each day for after-school clubs. Consequently, the nanny's afternoon shift could potentially extend from 4 pm to 8 pm. There's a possibility to adjust the schedule to include only three full working days as well.

Flexibility is crucial as the nanny will often be at home with the children alone, although occasionally one or both parents may also be present. Having a valid driver's license and access to a car is also essential for this role, as the nanny will be responsible for transporting the children to school and picking them up.

While the family ideally prefers a candidate who can fulfill both roles, they are open to splitting the position into two separate placements—one for a nanny and another for an additional housekeeper. Therefore, all applicants are welcome.
