Perfect Household Staff is proud to be assisting a family in their search for a professional, experienced, and warm live-out Nanny-Housekeeper to join their fully staffed residence in Knightsbridge, London. This is a temporary dual-role position offered on a 3-month contract, ideal for a candidate who can confidently combine meticulous household support with attentive childcare.
Located in the heart of London, Knightsbridge is synonymous with luxury living, world-class shopping, and refined culture. From its elegant garden squares to landmark destinations such as Harrods and Hyde Park, this prestigious district offers an inspiring and secure environment for private household staff. Working in there means being part of one of the most exclusive residential areas in the UK, ideal for candidates accustomed to providing discreet, high-level support in sophisticated surroundings. Working 5 days per week, the Nanny-Housekeeper will manage a range of duties spanning both childcare and housekeeping responsibilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked as a live-in or live-out nanny-housekeeper in Knightsbridge or similar high-profile environments, and who thrives in a structured, respectful and high-standard setting. A full UK driving licence would be considered an advantage.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Full housekeeping support: general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining wardrobes
- Ensuring the home is presented to a premium standard at all times
- Providing attentive and nurturing care for two school-aged children
- Assisting with school runs, after-school routines, and managing daily schedules
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Supporting homework, engaging in reading and creative activities
- Running household errands and managing daily supplies
- Providing discreet and proactive service in a UHNW family setting
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dual-role nanny-housekeeper position
- Previous experience supporting high-net-worth or UHNW families is essential
- Excellent, verifiable references from previous private employers
- Paediatric first aid certificate is highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence would be a bonus
- Legal right to work in the UK
