To ensure a smooth transition, the successful candidate will spend three days working alongside the current Nanny, familiarising themselves with the children’s routines, preferences, and specific household expectations. The role requires a balance between childcare and light housekeeping, ensuring a nurturing and structured environment for the children while keeping the home well-maintained.

Minimal Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a private Nanny-Housekeeper in a HNW household.
- Strong understanding of child development, structured learning, and household management.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
- UK working permit.
