Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced live-out Nanny Housekeeper to join a lovely family based in Dubai. The family of four are seeking a warm, reliable, and organised professional to provide dedicated care to their two daughters, aged 3 and 8.We are currently inviting applications for this upcoming position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the children’s routines, encouraging learning through play, and ensuring their general care and wellbeing. In addition to childcare, the role includes basic housekeeping duties to maintain the home in a neat and organised state. The household also employs another full-time housekeeper who works Wednesday to Sunday, providing additional support with the deeper cleaning and laundry tasks. The family travel abroad three times per year, typically for one to two weeks at a time. The nanny will be required to accompany the family on their trips, with all travel documentation and arrangements managed and covered by the employers. The family are willing to assist with visa arrangements for the right candidate.

Job Details:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Languages: Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia); Arabic considered an advantage
Salary: Starting from 5,000 AED gross per month

Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny Housekeeper:
- Providing attentive, nurturing, and structured care for two young girls (ages 3 and 8)
- Supporting the children’s development through creative and educational play
- Overseeing daily routines, including dressing, bathing, school preparation, and bedtime routines
- Performing basic housekeeping duties, such as tidying play areas, maintaining order in the children’s bedrooms, laundry, ironing, and light cleaning
- Ensuring the home remains tidy and organised in coordination with the other housekeeper
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the week
- Accompanying the family on international trips three times a year
- Working collaboratively with other staff members and maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny Housekeeper job:
- Three or more years of private nanny experience
- Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia); Arabic is an advantage
- Eligibility to work in the UAE
- Two excellent checkable references
