The working schedule includes daytime shifts on Monday and Tuesday, followed by a combination of daytime and overnight care from Wednesday through Friday morning. The role offers a competitive salary, with a workload of approximately 50-60 hours per week. A First Aid Certificate and an up-to-date DBS check are essential, while a relevant childcare qualification will be highly advantageous.

The household is well-staffed with a gardener and a housekeeper, ensuring the nanny can focus solely on the twins' needs. While there are three cats in the home, no pet care is required. A driving licence is essential, as child-related transportation may be required after the first year of employment.

The position includes 20 days of paid annual leave, plus eight bank holidays. Live In Maternity Nanny duties will include:

• Providing dedicated care for the newborn twins, ensuring their safety, comfort, and development.
• Establishing and maintaining healthy feeding, sleeping, and daily routines.
• Managing all nursery duties, including changing, bathing, dressing, and sterilising bottles.
• Supporting early development through gentle stimulation and age-appropriate activities.
• Monitoring growth and milestones, offering guidance to parents as needed.
• Ensuring a calm, clean, and nurturing environment tailored to the twins' needs.
• Assisting with night-time care on scheduled overnight shifts.
• Adapting to the family's routine and providing flexible support as required.

Requirements for this Full-Time Maternity Nanny job:

• Extensive experience as a Maternity Nanny, particularly with newborns and twins.
• Strong knowledge of newborn care, including feeding, sleep training, and developmental milestones.
• First Aid Certificate and an up-to-date DBS check (essential).
• Relevant childcare qualifications (highly advantageous).
• Reliable, nurturing, and adaptable personality, with a structured yet gentle approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with parents and household staff.
