The family is expecting their first child and seeks a warm, knowledgeable, and highly organised maternity nanny to provide expert newborn care and guidance. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a calm, professional, and reassuring presence within the household.
• Recording and tracking the baby’s development milestones and communicating progress to parents.
• Adapting to the evolving needs of the newborn, ensuring they receive age-appropriate stimulation and activities.
• Providing postnatal support to the mother, offering guidance on recovery, self-care, and newborn bonding.
• Assisting with the introduction of routines and early learning development to promote cognitive and emotional growth.
• Ensuring a hygienic and organised nursery environment at all times.

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional maternity nanny experience.
• Proven expertise in newborn care and sleep training.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication.
• UK working permit.
