Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, organised and dependable Housekeeper Nanny to join a respectful and welcoming private household based in Winchester, Hampshire. The family is seeking a long-term professional to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of their home whilst providing reliable support with the care and supervision of their teenage children.
This is a permanent part-time live-out position for a proactive candidate who is confident balancing household management duties with family assistance responsibilities. The family leads a busy lifestyle and is looking for a trustworthy and efficient professional who can work independently, use initiative and maintain excellent standards throughout the home.
A strong understanding of family routines and experience supporting teenagers is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to assist with school runs, coordinate children’s schedules and activities, prepare nutritious meals and ensure the household remains clean, tidy and well organised at all times. The family is looking for someone who enjoys cooking healthy home-style meals and who is comfortable managing kitchen organisation, grocery shopping and household supplies. The ability to maintain structure and organisation within the home whilst creating a calm and supportive atmosphere for the family will be highly valued.
This position would suit a professional who is naturally attentive, capable and hands-on, with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills. Main duties of the Housekeeper/Nanny:
- Full housekeeping duties to a high standard
- Daily cleaning, tidying and organisation of the home
- Laundry care and ironing
- Wardrobe organisation and household organisation support
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Preparing healthy dinners and snacks for the family
- Managing kitchen cleanliness and household supplies
- School runs and transportation for children’s activities
- Assisting with school schedules and extracurricular activities
- Providing support and supervision for teenage children
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming family environment
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the household
Requirements for this Housekeeper/Nanny job:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a private household
- Good spoken English essential
- Trustworthy, discreet and respectful of household privacy
- Experience supporting families with teenage children
- At least two excellent, checkable references
- Valid right to work in the UK
- A valid UK driving license and an access to a vehicle
