PERMANENT PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER NANNY
HADDINGTON | EAST LOTHIAN | GB
Salary: £22–£25 Gross per Hour, depending on experience

A welcoming private family based in a rural location near Haddington, East Lothian, is seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Housekeeper Nanny to join their household on a permanent basis. The family have a two-year-old child and a newborn baby, with the mother currently on maternity leave and at home.
The role is primarily focused on housekeeping, helping to keep the family home clean, tidy and well organised. Alongside the housekeeping responsibilities, the successful candidate will occasionally provide a helping hand with the children, supporting the mother with the two-year-old and newborn as needed. This is a supportive role within the family home rather than a sole-charge nanny position.
The family would also appreciate occasional preparation of simple, healthy family dinners. The cooking requirements are very straightforward and are intended to provide practical support to the household rather than being a dedicated cooking position.
The family have two very friendly black Labradors. Pet care is limited to topping up their food and water bowls, although there is an opportunity for a candidate who enjoys dog walking to take on additional paid hours. Dog walking is completely optional and is not required as part of the core position.
This is a lovely opportunity for a professional looking for a stable part-time position with a friendly private family. The family are offering formal employment, standard UK holiday entitlement and a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. A driving licence would be beneficial due to the rural location, although it is not essential.
