The couple are a dynamic, adventurous, and deeply warm-hearted pair who love to travel, enjoy an active lifestyle, and are eagerly preparing for the arrival of their first baby in October 2026. They are now seeking a warm, caring, and highly experienced Live-In Housekeeper-Nanny to become a trusted and genuinely cherished member of their household.
The couple's home is a stunning penthouse apartment of approximately 300 square metres in the heart of Vienna, comprising three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The successful candidate will be provided with a fully private apartment located within a five-minute walk of the family home — a wonderful live-in arrangement that offers complete independence and privacy whilst keeping the professional conveniently close to the household. All accommodation costs are covered in full by the family.
The role is evenly balanced between comprehensive household management and attentive, nurturing childcare support — with the emphasis during the initial months weighted towards housekeeping and household support whilst the principal focuses on bonding with the newborn. As trust develops naturally over time, the childcare responsibilities will organically increase — making this a wonderfully evolving and deeply rewarding long-term placement. The family also love to travel within Europe during the summer months, and the successful candidate may occasionally be invited to travel with the family during these periods.

Duties Include:
- Delivering meticulous daily and deep cleaning throughout a 300-square-metre penthouse, maintaining all rooms, surfaces, bathrooms, and living areas to an impeccable standard
- Managing all household laundry and ironing with specialist care and attention to the correct handling of fine and delicate fabrics
- Maintaining the full household organisation; keeping all areas clean, tidy, well-ordered, and beautifully presented throughout
- Running household errands and conducting grocery shopping and household supply replenishment as required
- Providing warm, attentive, and expert newborn care — including feeding, bathing, settling routines, and all nursery duties — as the principals' trust and confidence in the professional develops naturally over time
- Providing childcare cover during the principals' sports appointments, social engagements, and evening commitments, ensuring the baby is always in safe, loving, and expert hands
- Providing one full weekend of childcare support per month as required
- Providing light care for the family's miniature poodle
- Offering light kitchen assistance — including food preparation, chopping, organising the kitchen and fridge, and supporting meal; no formal cooking experience required
- Accompanying the family on European travel during the summer period when required, providing continued childcare and household support throughout
Minimal Requirements:
- 5 or more years of private Housekeeper-Nanny experience
- Two excellent, checkable references from previous private employers
- Fluent English
- EU passport or full EU work authorisation
- Criminal record check from country of residence
