Job Overview:
Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a full-time, live-in, permanent housekeeping opportunity based in Dubai within a private residence. The position is set in a well-maintained four-floor house comprising six bedrooms and six bathrooms, although only three bedrooms and bathrooms are regularly in use. The household is occupied by two adults and a newborn child, offering a calm and organised working environment suited to a professional and discreet housekeeper.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the residence, including detailed daily housekeeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising bathrooms and kitchen areas, bed making, linen care, wardrobe organisation, and the careful handling of delicate surfaces and materials. Laundry and ironing duties will form a significant part of the role, including garment care, wardrobe management, and ensuring clothing and household linens are immaculately presented. The role will also involve maintaining household supplies, assisting with grocery shopping, and ensuring the home remains tidy, welcoming, and well organised at all times.
In addition to housekeeping responsibilities, the family would appreciate a candidate who can provide occasional cooking support, including the preparation of simple breakfasts and, from time to time, lunch or dinner. Confident basic culinary skills and the ability to follow family preferences would therefore be highly beneficial.
As the household includes a newborn child, prior experience working in homes with infants and an understanding of maintaining a quiet, hygienic, and safe environment around newborns will be strongly valued. The role requires a candidate with good conversational English to ensure clear communication within the household.
This is a stable long-term position offered five days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday support when required, totalling approximately 40 working hours per week. The family is seeking a reliable, proactive, and professional housekeeper who can integrate smoothly into the household and provide consistent high standards of private domestic service.
The preferred start date is as soon as possible.

Live In Housekeeper duties may include:
- Daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all areas
- Deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
- Bed making and linen changing
- Laundry, ironing, and delicate garment care
- Wardrobe organisation and linen rotation
- Maintaining tidy, organised, and guest-ready rooms
- Monitoring and replenishing household and cleaning supplies
- Assisting with grocery shopping when required
- Preparing simple breakfasts and occasional lunch or dinner
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Working discreetly and maintaining a calm environment around the newborn
- Following household routines and communicating in English with the principals
Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of Housekeeper experience
- Ability to prepare simple, traditional meals on an occasional basis
- Fluent in English
