PERMANENT LIVE-IN OR LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER JOB

A family office of a lovely, easy-going family in Lugano is looking for a reliable, energetic Housekeeper to join their team. This is a friendly household — informal, warm, and welcoming — with a Nanny already looking after the kids day to day, and a Personal Assistant who helps keep everything organised. Right now they are in an apartment, but they will be moving to a bigger family villa soon.
We are really looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative — someone who just gets on with things and follows the routine that is already in place, without needing to be told what to do every step of the way. A good eye for detail matters here! You will be doing everything from regular cleaning to the odd deep clean when needed, keeping wardrobes simply organised, making sure the bedrooms and the kids' play area stay clean and tidy, and if you are happy to, maybe helping out a little with meal prep too.
Basically, we are after someone versatile — a genuine "does a bit of everything" kind of person who can support the whole family, not just tick boxes on a list. Whether you would like to live in or live out, we are open to either for the right person.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 40h/week (flexible; additional hours available)
Language: English (Italian is a bonus)

- Comprehensive housekeeping across the family home, including all communal areas
