Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a professional and highly experienced live-in housekeeper to join a luxury private household located in Santa Eularia des Riu, Ibiza, Spain. Santa Eularia des Riu is one of Ibiza’s most desirable and sophisticated areas, renowned for its elegant villas, beautiful coastline, peaceful atmosphere, and exclusive lifestyle. The principals are a respectful and private couple with no children or pets who spend approximately four to six weeks per year at the property. They are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented housekeeper capable of maintaining their brand-new four-bedroom villa to impeccable five-star standards throughout the year.

This position would suit a candidate with previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end private households, or luxury villas, who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, laundry care, and household presentation.

Working as a housekeeper in this role involves independently maintaining the villa to an immaculate standard while ensuring the property remains fully prepared for the principals’ arrivals at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-standard cleaning, wardrobe management, laundry care for branded clothing, and overseeing the general presentation of the villa. Driving the principals in a newly provided jeep with automatic transmission may occasionally be required. The housekeeper will also be expected to identify maintenance issues proactively and coordinate with maintenance providers when necessary. Cooking may occasionally be appreciated, although it is not an essential part of the role.

As this is a live-in position, the accommodation offered is highly attractive, consisting of a private apartment with a separate entrance within the villa, providing comfort, privacy, and independence for the successful candidate.

Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper:

• Cleaning and maintaining the luxury villa to a five-star standard.
  
• Performing detailed housekeeping duties throughout the property.
  
• Laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and organisation of branded clothing.
  
• Wardrobe management and maintaining excellent organisation of personal belongings.
  
• Maintaining immaculate presentation of the villa while the principals are away.
  
• Monitoring household supplies and ensuring the property remains fully prepared for arrivals.
  
• Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating with maintenance providers when required.
  
• Occasionally driving the principals using the provided Jeep with automatic transmission.
  
• Maintaining discretion, professionalism, and respect within a private household environment.
  
• Occasionally assisting with simple cooking duties if required.
  
• Working independently while maintaining exceptional standards and attention to detail.
  

Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:

• Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
  
• Two excellent checkable references
  
• Conversational English; Spanish as a bonus
  
• UK working permit
