TEMPORARY FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER

A modest, easy-going household based in Al Khobar, is searching for a careful and trustworthy Housekeeper on a self-employed basis to look after a comfortable family home on a full-time basis.
The property is a spacious, two-storey family home set within a relaxed and well-established residential area of Al Khobar, offering a calm and manageable working environment.
The successful Housekeeper will take responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning and presentation of the home, including bathrooms and balconies, alongside daily grocery shopping, laundry, ironing and simple ingredient preparation ahead of mealtimes, such as washing and cutting fruit and vegetables.
This position would suit a careful, attentive, and diligent Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in keeping a home to a consistently high standard, and who is comfortable managing a steady daily routine with minimal supervision. The household is informal and relaxed in character, though high standards of cleanliness and presentation are still expected throughout.
The preferred schedule is Sunday to Thursday, approximately 8am to 3pm with a break built into the day. This is initially a temporary position, expected to run from a few months up to around a year, with a genuine possibility of continuing beyond this should the arrangement suit both parties.
Given the household's location, only professionals who are already residing in Saudi Arabia on a valid work visa and residence permit will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining the property to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, including bathrooms and balconies, on a daily basis
- Caring appropriately for marble and specialist wood surfaces throughout the home
- Completing daily grocery shopping for the household
- Washing, drying, and ironing clothing and household linen
- Delicate handwashing of garments requiring special care
- Preparing ingredients ahead of mealtimes, including washing and cutting fruit and vegetables
- Keeping the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms tidy and well presented
- General upkeep of all bedrooms, including those used less frequently
- Managing and maintaining the laundry room in good order
- Maintaining a steady, structured routine across the working week
- Respecting the household's informal, relaxed atmosphere while upholding high standards
- Maintaining complete discretion regarding the household's routines and privacy
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper within a private household
- Comfortable completing thorough daily cleaning, including bathrooms and balconies
- Experience caring for marble and quality wood surfaces
- Confident with everyday laundering, ironing and delicate handwashing
- Comfortable with basic ingredient preparation ahead of mealtimes
- A careful, trustworthy and conscientious approach to work
- Proactive, well organised and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Good communicative English, or fluent Turkish
- A valid criminal record certificate and personal insurance
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid work visa and residence permit, and willing to transfer sponsorship
