Perfect Household Staff is seeking a highly skilled private housekeeper for our clients' home in Laglio, Lake Como, Italy. Lake Como, located in Northern Italy's Lombardy region, is one of the most stunning and picturesque lakes in the world. It is renowned for its captivating natural beauty, charming villages, and elegant villas nestled among the surrounding mountains.

The family residence consists of the main villa, a guest house, gym (private and to be used by the family and their guests only), garage (ground floor) and the housekeeper’s 2-bedroom apartment situated just above. The gym, garage, and housekeeper’s apartment are presently undergoing construction and are scheduled for completion in August 2024. The apartment will be delivered fully furnished, featuring a new kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances.
We are looking for a professional with exceptional organisational and time management skills, who is respectful and polite. As the principals predominantly reside in London throughout the year, we are looking for a professional who will work well without supervision. A minimum of 5 years of private housekeeper experience is required from all applicants who apply for this vacancy.

Main duties of the Housekeeper:
- Cleaning and Tidying: performing sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors, along with dusting furniture and wiping down surfaces. This includes thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, including scrubbing sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and baths.
- Laundry and Ironing: handling washing, drying, folding, and ironing of clothes, linens, and other household fabrics. Organising clothing and ensuring proper care for delicate items.
- Changing Linens: regularly replacing bed linens, making beds, and changing towels to uphold a fresh environment.
- Organisation: keeping closets, cabinets, and storage areas tidy and well-organised. This may involve sorting and decluttering as needed.
- Restocking Supplies: ensuring that essential household supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials are consistently replenished.
- Cooking and Meal Preparation: assisting with meal preparation or preparing simple meals as required. Additionally, cleaning up after meals, including washing dishes and kitchen utensils.
- Procurement management: purchasing groceries and other household supplies, running errands, and collecting items as instructed
- Assisting with Guests: extending a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their comfort, and offering assistance during their visit as needed.
Requirements for this Housekeeper job:
- 5 years of relevant experience (private household)
- 2 checkable references
