Perfect Household Staff is offering an opportunity by a respectful and quietly cosmopolitan family residing in a beautifully maintained residence in the heart of Mayfair, who are searching for a professional Housekeeper Cook to support their home. The family of three—an elegant couple and their bright, kind-hearted 11-year-old child—value discretion, cleanliness, and healthy meals prepared with care. Their former housekeeper, who had been a beloved part of the household, sadly had to step away due to family obligations overseas and was no longer able to provide overnight support when needed.
Mayfair has long been synonymous with refinement. Beyond its boutiques and private members’ clubs, Mayfair also boasts hidden gems such as 18th-century Georgian townhouses, secret gardens, and even the former home of Handel.
This position is best suited to someone who is confident in maintaining high housekeeping standards and preparing simple, healthy meals. The successful candidate will be responsible for all general housekeeping duties, laundry and ironing, family-style cooking, and occasional light childcare and pet care.
The family is of Spanish background and would greatly appreciate a candidate who can speak conversational Spanish, particularly to support light communication with the child.

Job Details:
- Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Live-out with Live-in flexibility
- Working Days: 5 days per week (2 flexible days off)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: £15 – £19 gross per hour
- Language: English (fluent) & Spanish (conversational level)
- Location: Mayfair, London, UK
- Starting Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining a high-standard formal residence
- Daily tidying, deep cleaning on rotation, and general household upkeep
- Family-style cooking: breakfast and lunch
- Grocery shopping and kitchen stock management
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care (excluding VIP items)
- Pet care for a small dog
- Overnight stays 1–2 times per week as pre-arranged
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of private household experience as a Housekeeper Cook
- Excellent checkable references
- Good spoken Spanish and fluent English
- UK work permit
- Confidence in the kitchen and experience cooking for children
