Although there is a house manager and a part-time chef in the household, the candidate should be capable of independently managing the house and taking proactive initiatives.

As a Full-Time Housekeeper/Cook, your primary responsibilities will include dusting, cleaning, mopping, and overseeing the 5-story, six-bedroom house with 9 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and 3 kitchens. The ability to prepare dinners of Chinese/Danish cuisines is considered a great bonus. Additionally, there is a potential requirement for the Full-Time Housekeeper/Cook to work in other properties.

Salary: 40 000 – 45 000 GBP per Gross / Year (Salary Calculator)

Location: Marylebone, London

Languages: English, Danish or Chinese as a bonus

Main duties of the full-time live-out housekeeper/cook:

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming.
• Sweeping, mopping or washing of the floors, sinks, toilets, tubs, garage entry way, and counters.
• Vacuuming the house - including rugs, upholstery, carpets, and furniture.
• Dusting of surfaces such as the furniture and window ledges.
• Maintain house hold equipment’s in good condition.
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables.
• Laundry, ironing.
• Running errands. 
• Cooking as a bonus. 

Requirements for the full-time housekeeper/cook job:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent checkable references
• DBS check
• UK working permit
• Interest in design as a bonus
