Perfect Household Staff is seeking an experienced and professional Housekeeper Cook to assist with the smooth running of a private residence in Wimbledon, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and trustworthy domestic professional looking for a long-term, live-in position within a quiet household.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property to an exceptional standard throughout the year. The principal occupies the residence for approximately three to four months each year, therefore the successful candidate will enjoy a flexible working pattern whilst ensuring the residence is always maintained in excellent condition and fully prepared for the principal's arrival. The role includes comprehensive housekeeping, preparing healthy home-style meals when required, coordinating outsourced laundry and dry-cleaning services, and running occasional household errands.

The successful candidate will benefit from private live-in accommodation comprising a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate entrance, providing an excellent level of privacy and formal employment is offered

Main Duties of the Housekeeper Cook:

Complete all housekeeping duties to an exceptional standard.
Maintain the residence in a clean, tidy and well-organised condition throughout the year.
Prepare healthy, home-style meals for the principal when in residence.
Carry out grocery shopping and occasional household errands.
Coordinate laundry and dry-cleaning services, including arranging collections and returns.
Change bed linen and organise wardrobes as required.
Monitor household supplies and replenish essential items.
Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors when required.
Ensure the property is fully prepared for the principal's arrival.
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.
