Perfect Household Staff is pleased to introduce a wonderful opportunity for a professional and trustworthy housekeeper/cook to join a kind and welcoming family based in Girton, a quiet residential village just outside the city of Cambridge. This is a part-time, permanent, live-out role for a self-employed individual who is available to work one full day per week.

The household consists of two adults and two young children, aged three and one. The family live in a well-maintained three-bedroom home and are seeking a warm, reliable, and organised candidate who can assist with the general upkeep of the house and help with basic family cooking. The position will involve all aspects of general housekeeping including cleaning, dusting, hoovering, laundry, and ironing, as well as preparing meals from recipes provided by the principal.

A list of weekly tasks will be issued by the client to ensure consistency and clarity, and while grocery shopping is not a routine requirement, it may occasionally be requested. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a household with young children, though no formal childcare is required.

Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:

• 3+ years of relevant private housekeeping and cooking experience
