The family reside in a beautifully maintained three-bedroom apartment located in Les Quennevais, St Brelades, Jersey, a desirable area known for its relaxed lifestyle, golden beaches, and vibrant local community. Working as a Housekeeper Cook in a private family environment requires a professional who can manage a variety of domestic responsibilities with precision and care. Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper Cook:
- Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, ironing, bed changing, and organising cupboards.
- Light family cooking or meal preparation, focusing on simple, healthy dishes or batch cooking.
- Grocery shopping and stock rotation, both online and in-person.
- Managing tradespeople, deliveries, and home maintenance appointments.
- Keeping communal areas tidy, calm, and organised.
- Occasional family errands such as posting letters, preparing school or travel items, and assisting with light administrative tasks like filing receipts or making online orders.
- Occasional school runs and local deliveries; therefore, a valid driving licence is required.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper Cook job:
- Three or more years of private housekeeper cook experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- UK working permit
- Driving licence
