Our client, a family based in the prestigious Sobha Hartland, Dubai, is looking for a highly organised and dedicated individual to join their household. The family consists of eight members, including two children aged 2 and 10, who are cared for by a dedicated nanny. The household manager will oversee two beautiful properties in Sobha Hartland, an upscale area in Dubai, known for its luxurious and well-planned residential spaces. The location offers a vibrant, cosmopolitan lifestyle, and with Dubai’s modern infrastructure, commuting is easy and efficient. Sobha Hartland is ideally situated close to all amenities, making it a convenient place to live and work.
As household manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of two private properties. You will manage the daily activities of the domestic team, including two chefs, a housekeeper, and a butler, ensuring the highest standards of service and organisation are maintained. You will also be expected to run errands as required, including driving for the family when necessary. The role offers significant variety, from overseeing household staff to liaising with contractors and ensuring all domestic operations are running smoothly.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, as the family speaks both languages.

Main duties of the Full-Time Household Manager:
- Overseeing two properties, ensuring they are managed to the highest standards.
- Coordinating the work of the domestic team (two chefs, a housekeeper, and a butler).
- Running errands as required by the principals, including driving on demand.
- Maintaining a high standard of organisation across both homes.
- Ensuring all household tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Liaising with contractors and arranging for any necessary maintenance.
- Acting as a point of contact for the principals, ensuring their needs are met with discretion and efficiency.
Requirements for this Full -Time Household Manager job:
- Three or more years of private household manager experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English, excellent Mandarin
- UAE working permit
- Driving license
