FULL TIME HOUSE MANAGER JOB

SALARY: 55,000 GBP

The principal frequent travels, spending a maximum of six months per year in residence. During the periods when the principal is away, the working schedule for the Property Manager will be notably relaxed.

As the Property Manager for this esteemed family, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing four properties and managing a dedicated team of domestic staff. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily activities for the smooth running of the principals households, organising and implementing new household routines, serving as the main point of contact for contractors and maintenance, developing house manuals and spreadsheets to ensure a seamless order, handling household purchases and accounts administration, and scheduling and supervising maintenance of homes and vehicles. The Property Manager should possess a flexible and understanding demeanour, combined with resilience and a hard-working attitude.

The ideal candidate will be an organised multitasker with expertise in project management, facilities management, inventory tracking, service coordination, team oversight, and training and coaching.

Minimal Requirements:

Five years of property management or related experience
Excellent and checkable references
Portugese, English, Spanish (bonus)
Valid EU working permit
