This full-time, live-out position is ideal for a dedicated professional looking for a long-term role within a well-established and welcoming family environment. The role involves overseeing and coordinating a team of five housekeepers across three beautifully maintained properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing a team of five housekeepers across multiple properties.
- Implementing structured cleaning schedules to maintain immaculate household standards.
- Providing hands-on support for daily housekeeping tasks when needed.
- Ensuring VIP wardrobe care, including luxury fabric maintenance and seasonal organisation.
- Training and guiding housekeeping staff to uphold high service standards.
- Maintaining and caring for fine materials, furnishings, and delicate surfaces.
- Coordinating household preparations for travel and special events.
- Adapting to a flexible schedule with varying days off.
- Occasionally traveling as required by the family.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Housekeeper in a private household.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proven experience in VIP wardrobe management.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury fabric care and fine furnishings.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced household.
- Valid UK or EU passport (for occasional travel).
- Checkable references and a valid DBS certificate.
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 5 days per week (flexible).
- Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (with occasional extra hours upon request).
- Annual Leave: 28 days, including bank holidays.
