Perfect Household Staff is looking for an experienced Handyman to join a private residence in the Hampstead area of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and versatile maintenance professional with experience carrying out general repairs, property upkeep, and maintenance tasks to ensure a residence is maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and confident managing a variety of maintenance requirements.

Previous experience working within private residences, luxury properties, hotels, or similar environments would be advantageous.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ professional handyman or property maintenance experience
Previous experience working in private households, luxury properties, or similar environments preferred
Strong practical skills and knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Trustworthy, reliable, discreet, and professional
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Checkable references from previous employers required
Good communication skills
Gardening skills would be a bonus
