Perfect Household Staff is looking for an experienced Gardener to join a private residence in the Hampstead area of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled gardening professional with strong knowledge of general garden maintenance, seasonal care, planting, pruning, and maintaining outdoor areas to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will ensure that the gardens and outdoor spaces are kept well presented throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in private residences, luxury properties, or similar environments and will demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ professional gardening experience
Previous experience working in private households, luxury properties, or similar environments preferred
Strong knowledge of garden maintenance, planting, pruning, and seasonal care
Ability to maintain outdoor areas to a high standard throughout the year
Trustworthy, reliable, discreet, and professional
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality of work
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Checkable references from previous employers required
Good communication skills
Handyman skills would be a bonus
