We have a great role for a Mandarin speaking nanny/tutor for a 2 year old boy who is currently learning Mandarin in Vigo, Galicia, Spain. The role will initially begin in Spain with frequent trips to London until 2018 when the family are planning to relocate to central London. There will also be travel with the family. The family are warm and very flexible with the nannies working conditions, as they want the nanny to be happy and stay long-term
It is essential that the nanny/tutor has either a British or EU passport
Start date: ASAP but will wait for the right candidate
Driving license: not required but a bonus if you do
Languages: Mandarin & English
Live-in / Full-time / Permanent
Working days: 5 days with the odd Saturday babysitting etc
Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary: up to £550 net for the right candidate
Duties will include helping the boy to learn and speak Mandarin and general nanny duties to take care of his well-being. There is no housekeeping but it would be great if you could cook, including Asian dishes
Interviews are immediate and will initially be via Skype and the family will also fly potential candidates to Spain for a trial period
You must have previous private family experience of looking after a young child as a nanny/tutor
Accommodation will be a separate bedroom/bathroom within the house
There is a housekeeper that currently works in the house
No pets currently in the home
