The principal lives alone in a well-maintained two-bedroom apartment with a balcony, living room, and kitchen and is preparing for his girlfriend to move in. The gentleman frequently welcomes guests, some of whom may arrive with children or a dog, and therefore values a reliable and flexible housekeeper who can maintain the apartment in a very particular way.
