The ideal candidate must be well organised, have working experience for a minimum of 5 years in a private family home. A person who is confident and with previous experience of using their own initiative to provide outstanding results. We are looking for a professional, experienced and trustworthy housekeeper to clean and maintain a private household with integrity, resilience and attention to detail.

The domestic housekeeper will be expected to work 11 days: 6 hours daily (1 pm – 7 pm) 5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday), be well organized, experienced and professional, have extremely high attention to detail and provide high standards of housekeeping. Housekeeper duties will include general cleaning, laundry and basic cooking.

The Principals would be happy to find a polite, friendly, confident and discreet person the family can rely on.

Speaking Japanese is not a requirement but would be a nice bonus.

Our return clients, a discerning family with two lovely children, are looking for two extremely professional and experienced housekeepers for a live out, housekeeping position in Mayfair, London. We will only consider candidates who have extremely high attention to detail and who have previously been working in professional domestic staffing teams. We are only considering candidates who have a very hands on approach and who are flexible.

We have a new Domestic Housekeeper Position in Mayfair, London. Mayfair London housekeeping jobs have been advertised on our domestic staffing website for over 15 years.

The chosen housekeeper will work as part of a housekeeping team to provide the highest standards of cleanliness at a beautiful 6-floors-property with 4 bedrooms. We are looking for a professional candidates with extensive experience and knowledge of taking care of high-end fabrics, wardrobe management, taking care of fine arts and furnishing.

The successful candidate is expected to have good cooking skills to prepare breakfast in the morning for the Principals and their guests. Although the family employ a chef, it will be you who is most likely to be responsible for breakfast. It is also very important that you are experienced with table setting, table service and having experience in silver service would be a bonus. Serving tea and coffee for the principal when requested will be one of your key duties and therefore, if you can not understand the difference between a tea pot, a coffee pot and a hot water pot, please do not apply.

The principals expect the successful candidates to be experienced in wardrobe management as it will also be one of your main duties.

Position Type: Live Out Housekeeper, Temporary Basis

Days: 5 days / Week (flexible)

Hours: Shifts: 7am - 3:30 pm and 11:30 am - 8.30 pm

Salary: Negotiable, 15 GBP net per hour

Starting date: ASAP

Due to the current situation concerning COVID-19, the principals are looking for candidates who have their own method of transport. If accepted for the position, you will be requested to carry out a medical assessment prior to your starting date (paid for by the principals).

Your responsibilities will include keeping the family home clean, tidy and organised.
