Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a professional, hands-on, and highly organised Domestic Couple to join a private household supporting one principal within a substantial newly built luxury villa. The property comprises three floors, eight bedrooms, and two swimming pools, requiring a diligent and physically capable couple who take pride in maintaining a large residence to impeccable standards. The principal is seeking a long-term Domestic Couple who can confidently oversee all aspects of household management while ensuring the property remains secure, well-presented, and efficiently operated at all times. This role would particularly suit a proactive couple with strong practical skills, excellent judgement, and the ability to work independently while delivering a seamless level of service.
Working as a Domestic Couple within this household involves comprehensive responsibility for both the interior and exterior management of the estate. Duties include full housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, stock control, budgeting, household shopping, staff supervision, and coordinating contractors and maintenance personnel. The successful Domestic Couple will be responsible for managing additional household staff, assisting with recruitment when required, monitoring household expenditure, arranging minor repairs, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the residence. Additional responsibilities include occasional cooking, assisting during guest visits, airport transfers, local driving duties, property security, and occasional assistance within the gardens. Experience driving confidently and comfortably, ideally including larger or luxury vehicles, would be highly advantageous.
This is a permanent, full-time, live-in position offering formal employment with holiday entitlement. The accommodation provided is exceptional and consists of a separate four-bedroom villa located approximately 10–15 minutes from the principal's residence. The accommodation also includes a private swimming pool and offers excellent privacy. Children, pets, and visiting friends are welcome. Both partners will be provided with their own vehicle, as the area is most conveniently accessed by car. Main duties of the Live-In Domestic Couple:
- Full housekeeping of an eight-bedroom newly built luxury villa to consistently exceptional standards
- Scheduled deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance of all household areas
- Laundry, ironing, linen care, wardrobe management, and clothing organisation
- Rotation of bed linen and towels throughout the property
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of household supplies, cleaning products, and food provisions
- Managing household budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking
- Supervising household staff including housekeepers, gardeners, and external contractors
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of additional household personnel when required
- Liaising with maintenance companies, tradespeople, and service providers
- Organising and overseeing minor repairs, servicing schedules, and preventative maintenance
- Running household errands and completing all property-related shopping
- Providing occasional cooking and meal preparation for the principal and guests
- Assisting with guest preparation, hospitality, and smooth guest stays
- Providing airport transfers and local driving support
- Maintaining security and oversight of the property during the principal's absence
- Carrying out minor repairs where appropriate and arranging specialist assistance when required
- Offering occasional support with garden upkeep and outdoor areas
- Monitoring the presentation and functionality of the villa, pools, and surrounding grounds at all times
- Working independently with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail
Requirements for this Live-In Domestic Couple:
- Minimum of 3 years of private housekeeping experience
- Two excellent, checkable references
- Driving Licences for both partners
