Job Overview:
Perfect Household Staff is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Live-In Domestic Couple to join a high-profile private household based in Mallorca. This is a permanent, full-time position within a fully staffed residence, suited to a couple accustomed to working in formal, high-standard environments.
The household operates with a large domestic team, and the successful couple must be confident working collaboratively while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times. The family travels frequently, offering periods of downtime alongside structured working schedules.
One partner will take responsibility for housekeeping and cooking, preparing high-quality meals for four individuals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The second partner will manage driving duties, general maintenance, and basic technical troubleshooting across the property.
The family has dogs that travel with them; therefore, both candidates must be comfortable around animals. The property also employs a gardener, and all cleaning is conducted using eco-friendly products. Separate private accommodation within the main residence is provided, along with a car for work-related duties. All bills are covered, and formal employment is offered.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (depending on the family’s schedule, there will be enough down time)

Main duties of the Domestic Couple:
- Managing all housekeeping duties to a high standard using eco-friendly products
- Preparing high-quality meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for four people
- Ensuring the property is maintained in excellent condition
- Driving for errands and household-related duties
- Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues
- Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household
- Assisting with the care and presence of family dogs
- Supporting smooth day-to-day household operations
- Adapting to the family’s travel schedule and requirements
