Perfect Household Staff is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for a full-time, live-in professional Butler for a private villa in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, where the principal and their spouse reside. The primary responsibility of the butler will be to organise the lifestyle of the principal’s spouse efficiently while ensuring the seamless operation of the villa. The villa is supported by a maid, a chef, and a driver, and the butler will be expected to manage all household personnel, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimal performance. The role also requires close cooperation with the personal assistant to maintain effective communication within the team.

The butler’s duties will include classic responsibilities such as providing tailored personal services to the family, including greeting, serving meals and drinks, and assisting with daily tasks. Household management will involve overseeing the general upkeep of the villa, supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring all operations run seamlessly. Live In Butler duties will include:

- Managing and supervising household staff to ensure effective collaboration and optimal performance.
- Cooperating with the personal assistant to ensure effective communication within the household team
- Providing tailored personal services, including greeting, serving meals and drinks, and assisting with daily tasks
- Assisting with luggage and packing for travel, ensuring everything is properly prepared for trips.
- Organising and managing events, ensuring the villa is prepared for hosting and that guests are well cared for.
- Managing household supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring consumables such as wine and toiletries are stocked.
- Handling correspondence, including post, emails, and telephone calls, with a professional and efficient approach.
- Managing vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organisation.
- Handling administrative and personal tasks as directed by the principals, ensuring prompt and high-standard execution.
- Protecting the privacy and security of the principals and the premises at all times.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in luxury residential settings or for UHNWIs.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the principal’s schedule and requirements
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- A proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of the principal and the property
