We are currently looking for a Russian speaking PA for a private family. The office is based in Knightsbridge, however, you will sometimes need to meet with the family in Central London.
This position requires a perfect understanding of the importance of discretion and proactivity, a high level of responsibility and professionalism, as well as willingness to be in touch 24/7 when necessary. We would be happy to find a person who is competent to perform assigned duties successfully and independently. The chosen candidate will be in charge of providing assistance with various aspects of business being sufficiently knowledgeable in real estate field, translation and interpretation, and dealing with technical drawings.
We are looking for a qualified Russian-speaking candidate with extensive experience working in a similar role for HNW families, who can anticipate the principals requirements and has a well-tested network to make those requirements possible.
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Live out
Days and Hours: from 9am to 6pm, 5 days per week
Language: Russian, English
Salary: 50K – 55K GBP Gross annually (Calculate your Salary)
Location;: Knightsbridge, London
Start: ASAP
The PA’s typical duties will be the following:
- Acting as a first point of contact by taking phone calls and dealing with correspondence
- Providing support to the Principle and other members of the family
- Reading technical drawings
- Translating and interpreting meetings dedicated to real estate issues
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Dealing with the clients who want to buy properties
Requirements:
- Friendly and polite individual
- Sociable and able to maintain a conversation
- PA Experience
- Russian as a native language, very good English
