A family in Kensington, London are looking for a professional live out carer who can assist an elderly lady whilst providing emotional and physical support. We can only accept Russian speaking applicants because the employer speaks Russian as her native language.
The ideal candidate will have a medical degree and experience in working with people who have suffered a cerebral stroke. We need a carer with strong knowledge on recovery procedures following a cerebral stroke and a warm personality to help the lady emotionally.
Position Type: Live Out, Full-Time, Permanent
Days: 5 days / week
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Language: Russian
Salary: Negotiable
Starting date: 8-11th June 2021
Duties include:
- recovery procedures
- emotional support
- taking the client to enjoy activities
- going for walks
- organising and accompanying to hospital visits
- medication prompting
- bathing and showering
- enabling mobility
Only candidates who have the eligibility to work in the UK will be considered for this role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years similar work experience with checkable references
- Knowledge about recovery procedures after the cerebral stroke
- UK working permit
- Russian language
