The property is a well-appointed six-bedroom, residence set across two floors, with a separate annex provided for the housekeeper's accommodation. The Principal resides at the property for approximately six months of the year, during which time the role operates at full capacity. During the off-season, the housekeeper continues to reside in the annex with lighter responsibilities.
