The Position Type: FULL-TIME LIVE-IN DOMESTIC COUPLES JOBS
Salary: 65,000 GBP Gross per year (Calculate your Salary)
Working days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Rye, West Sussex, UK
Language: fluent English
Starting Date: ASAP
Accommodation: separate three bedroom cottage on the estate
Due to Brexit, in this domestic couple job, we can only accept candidates with a "leave to remain" and/or documentation supporting their stay and permission to work in the UK. Only candidates who have the eligibility to work in the UK will be considered for this role.
Travelling with the family during the school holidays is required in this couple job. Due to COVID 19, all applicants should be already vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated.
Couple Jobs Duties:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operation of the estate
- Work alongside gardeners
- Prepare, present, and manage estate budgets
- Manage the procurement of estate equipment
- Manage all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds
- Screen and oversee 3rd party contractors and construction projects
- Carry out general maintenance duties within your duties
- Supervise and manage all ground and house staff
- Plan menus, shop, prepare and serve formal and informal meals when the family is in residence
- All Housekeeping duties, cleaning, washing, ironing, making beds
- Chauffeur the family and guests when in residence
Domestic Couples Jobs Requirements:
- At least 3 years of house managing couple experience in private households
- Experience in property management including maintenance and renovation projects
- Great leadership and project management abilities
- Excellent housekeeping skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driving licence
